Founded in 1985 by President Karen Reitor, Communiqué Productions was established to help companies continue to grown and transform into flexible, successful, thriving organizations.  We believe that every day, each employee is given the opportunity to demonstrate leadership on the job.  We help facilitate change by “tapping” into the potential each individual brings, and help align an organization’s strategic plan with frontline associates and their managers to become active participants in that vision.

Our approach is to help guide the organization through a process where individuals are empowered within work teams – where we practice  interpersonal skills, communication, team building, problem solving and negotiating skills.  Throughout the process we provide and ensure that the necessary tools, training and support are provided for success.

We understand that each client and project is unique, due to the differences in organizational structure, culture, management styles, and how individual and collective team members work and interact.  We serve as a mentor, facilitator and cooperative team member to help ensure a smooth transition to achieve lasting and profound results.

IACET Authorized Provider of Continuing Education Units:

Awarded by the Association of Continuing Education and Training, Communiqué has been authorized as an organization since 1999 to award CEUs for those attending and participating in its training and development programs. These include custom-designed programs as well as “soft skills” modules modified to the needs of each client.  IACET is committed to ensuring the best methods, standards and ideals for high-quality continuing education programs, including overall organization, program development and evaluation activities. Communiqué has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as standards of good practice internationally based on the processes we use to plan, design, develop, deliver and administer programs.

Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE)/Small Business Enterprise (SBE):

Communiqué Productions was originally certified by the City of Cincinnati as a WBE in 1997. Communiqué is 100 percent owned by Karen Reitor and managed by her on a day-to-day basis. Certification involves a rigorous and stringent process for initial as well as ongoing certification.
