Extended Members

Depending upon the nature and scope of some client projects or initiatives, we may call on our network of subcontractors to assist us. For example, with authorization from the client, we may pull in one of our system programming experts for information management and database work. We may also call on organizational experts to assist with the implementation of technology projects.

We hold our subcontractors to the same high standards to which we adhere and still maintain oversight and control of the outcomes. This includes all client contact and project management regarding the design, development and implementation stages, communications/reporting, budgets, timeframes/deadlines, deliverables and quality measures.
