Drawing on vast experience, an extensive reference library of “core” programs, and information gathered from organization representatives, each training program is designed in cooperation with client team members to address specific industry and organizational issues. Relevant and meaningful content ensures that the skill development needed is that which is actually delivered.

Working with Communiqué, you will see a lot of activity among the learners: problem solving in teams, presenting team activity outcomes, demonstrating devised solutions, and jointly leading, discussing, explaining, debating, sharing, creating, illustrating, questioning, constructing and processing during the development sessions — that is, actively participating in and taking ownership in their own learning.
We don’t pretend to have or impose the answers upfront…
We’re not big on answers up front. Instead, team members are led through a process of development where they learn and apply new skills, explore options and determine possible solutions as they work through hands-on, highly interactive learning activities. We verify and validate outcomes and fill in the learning gaps when they occur. Learners experience and participate in a setting where powerful experiences and the opportunities for reflection and critical thinking transform the ways they conduct business. What is learned, practiced and developed is converted into actual strategies and action steps that are immediately applicable on the job.
Organizational Development Programs
We have years of experience in the development and delivery of programs involving competencies, succession planning, strategic and project planning, accountability and best practices and training regarding learner-centered and activities-based development and instruction. From this experience, we have developed several core programs that are adapted to meet individual client needs. These include:
- Train-the-Trainer - We deliver a no-lecture approach to learning, providing trainers with the skill development and techniques they need to create highly interactive and engaging training environments.
- Safety Training – We adapt technical programs, such as OSHA rules and guidelines, into highly interactive, engaging and meaningful classroom training programs to help internalize and transfer accountability to the employees for safe behaviors on the job.
- Consultative Sales Training – Our approach interweaves relationship building skills into the sales process, allowing sales professionals to enhance their existing skills while building long-term partnerships with customers.
